Short version: we use your name, number and email to answer you and fill your order. If you join the insiders list, we email you about new menu items and holiday orders. We never sell or share any of it.
What you type into a form on this site: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, and the details of your order or question. We don't use tracking cookies or ads on this site. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
To reply to you, confirm and fill your order, and, only if you opt in, send you the insiders email. Your details are kept in the customer system we use to run the shop and are not sold, rented or traded.
If you send us a form, we may text or call you from the shop about that order: to confirm it, set up pickup or take payment. We don't send marketing texts.
You only get it if you signed up or ticked the box. It tells you about new menu items, holiday orders and deals, and you can unsubscribe from any email with one click. We only share your email with the service that sends it, and only so it can do that job.
Email eatatcake@gmail.com or call (315) 828-5005 and we'll update or delete what we have.
